The fjords and the mountain

The fjords, the mountains... and the light! What a night: the auroral activity was high, and everything sounded perfect. Except one little tiny detail... according to the Norwegian meteorological institute,  the surroundings of Tromsø were going to have only a couple of hours with partially clear skies...



Guess what? The prediction was wrong! There is a small village out of Tromsø (20 minutes drive) where I spotted our selfish friend: During the night, a couple of clouds came to threaten the experience, but the show went on and on...

There were a couple of strong moments, but in general the sky was just glowing green, so everything needed to be ready for a short and quick burst.
