It is a typical question: it is not always possible to be out of the city, but if the sky is clear, the displays can be great.
This time, the technicalities are slightly different to the ones we are used to: I used a firmware called Magic Lantern (www.magiclantern.fm), which, among other settings, allows us to record videos at slower frame rates, thus allowing for longer exposure times for each frame of our videos.
In this case, I used ISO 1000, f=2.8 and 1.3" exposure for each of the frames, and the video has been mounted at 20 frames per second. That means that every second in the video are roughly equal to 25 seconds in reality. The only adjustment done to the video is the frame rate; I have not enhanced any of the settings, as I wanted to show how does it look like straight out of camera.
